We are a non-profit organization formed to educate
residents who are
feeding the feral ( un-socialized ) and free-roaming cat population in the city of
Parkersburg, WV and surrounding areas. We practice the (TNR) method: Trap,
Neuter, and Return. While feeding these animals is important, spaying and
neutering is equally important. We can teach you how to eventually stop the
cycle of reproduction and enhance the cats' lives.
We need volunteers
in the Parkersburg area to
help with our efforts.
Assistance in daily feeding area colonies.
We raise funds, to provide
feral and free-roaming cat awareness to the
community and to pay for sterilization surgeries for the cats. If you
are caring for feral/free-roaming community cats, please call 304-488-4679
or
email us at saveakitty@yahoo.com
for more information.
We do not take cats or kittens. We
do not have a facility to house them. We are a spay/neuter group and
TNR education provider
